Note: According to the rules of the post office, the length of the item cannot be more than 60cm. Items will be sent folded. So there may be creases. You should deal with it by yourself. Here are ways to solve it:

2) Heat it with a steam iron on the back of the item, then it will be smooth again.

Please understand that every computer screen is different, therefore, colors may vary slightly. We have done our best to give a color description of each muslin.
And If the both sides of the backdrop are more than 150cm (5ft), the backdrop will be printed in two pieces, in other words, it will not be seamless anymore.
but the most important thing is that the seam will not interfere with the photos, we will paste them in one piece before ship it, also there’s no pocket or pole on its top.
When the backdrop is dirty by mistake, then you could use the dry cloth sank a few drops of water to clean it, because the material of Vinyl is not waterproof, so the water will be sank in, but do not worry, just let it dry By itself or use Fan to blow it up, the backdrop will be natural again
